The short rules for reading Day 7 and for backing it.
Effective 16 Oct 2026. Day 7 is published by The Mikanao Hub, Oslo, Norway. Editor: Lyndon Cole.
Using the site
- Day 7 is free to read. Verdicts are opinion, based on the public reports we link. Check the sources yourself before you rely on them.
- Claims are quoted word for word from the companies’ own pages. Trademarks belong to their owners; we use names only to identify products.
- You may share and quote our receipts and share images with a link back to the receipt. Please don’t republish whole pages or present our verdicts as your own.
- Don’t try to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms its performance, or misuse our contact address.
- If we get something wrong, tell us: hello@day7.dev with the subject “Correction: <receipt>”. Corrections are logged on the corrections page.
- The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.
Supporters
- Plans. Supporter plans are billed monthly ($5/month) or yearly ($50/year) through Stripe, in US dollars. Your bank may add currency fees.
- Renewal and cancelling. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your Supporter access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.
- Refunds. We don’t refund partial periods, unless the law requires it.
- Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA). If you live in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. That right is waived only if you explicitly agree at checkout that the service starts at once and that you lose the right of withdrawal. If you don’t give that consent, you keep your 14-day right.
- No influence. Supporting Day 7 gets you no say over verdicts, coverage, corrections or timing. Our pledge applies to everyone, Supporters included.
- Managing your plan. Use the link in your Stripe receipt email, or email hello@day7.dev.
Sponsors
Sponsorship follows our sponsor rules: no company we review, or its parent, may sponsor, and sponsors never touch a verdict.
Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. This doesn’t take away any consumer rights you have where you live.
